Synopsis

Everyone knows what we mean when we talk about Power, even though there is no single agreed definition of it to date. Throughout History, Power has been
written about and studied from many different angles: military, religious, political, commercial, macroeconomic or media. It has also been the subject of many self-help manuals since the middle of the last century. Any one of us feels daily subjected to some kind of power, and in turn we are actors who subject,
consciously or unconsciously, one or more people to some kind of power emanating from us, as a consequence of our actions.

We can state that all human relationships in life are power relationships. In any of its fields and cultures. Nature, studied as a whole or particularized in any
ecosystem that we analyze, is also nourished by the same essence: the influence that a living entity exerts on another or others within a certain
geographical setting and during a limited period of time: that of the existence of each one of them.

Throughout the text, Dr. Isozaki addresses the solution of a mathematical model capable of measuring the power that any human being has over the rest of
fellow human beings. A scientific instrument that will make it possible to define, with a new unit of measurement, the numerical value of the amount of power possessed by an individual who is immersed in and participates in the digital society, at every moment of his or her increasingly long life.

The third child of a prosperous family from Tokyo, he was born on December 20, 1988 at 7:47 p.m. at the Horikoshi Clinic in Fukushima, after his parents moved there for work reasons. Both were senior technicians at the nuclear power plant complex in that precinct. An extremely brilliant student, he went to university in the United States. He got his PhD cum laude at Harvard’s MIT at the age of 20 but decided to change his career and abandoned the applied sciences to study diplomacy in Washington DC.

At the age of 23, the famous nuclear accident that shocked Japan and the world left him an orphan. He lost his entire family. It would take him over 30 years to set foot on Japanese soil again.

With no medium-term economic concerns, thanks to the family’s inherited capital and compensation from the state, he spent a decade expanding his knowledge in Europe: he earned a PhD in philosophy from the University of Leipzig in 2015, a PhD in economics in 2019 and in physics in 2021, these latter two degrees being awarded by the Humboldt University in Berlin.

After his European journey, he returned to the United States in 2022 to teach the new Big Data theories at Harvard University. His mastery of transversal disciplines and his diplomatic charisma served as a breeding ground for the foundation, together with Van Roisemberg and Koppelson, of the Institute for Digital Development in 2039. With private capital and under the umbrella of the United Nations, what was colloquially known as the “Harvard Group” would lay the foundations for the modern Mutational Algebra we know today.

Out of its extensive bibliography, “The Digital Measurement of Power. Fundamentals of PoweroMetry” stands out as the seminal work for the later advancement of inter-cultural social relations all over the planet, and of the new Digital Intelligence with humanoids.

Currently, at the age of 132, he is the oldest active scientist and politician on the planet, and acts as President of the United Nations Security Council and as Director of the PoweroMetry section of the Board of Sages at GlassCity.
