Dr. Kaplan surprises the scientific community with a philosophical-mathematical treatise on the feasibility of eradicating world hunger and restoring ecological balance through migration control, with special emphasis on the problem of speculative tourism.
Her theses propose to rearrange the planet’s borders, limit the profits of the Science-Capital funds and neutralize the traffic of analogue weapons, the cause of the last disturbances in Africa and the subsequent famines. She argues that the management of the planetary economy with a single electronic currency since 2049 already allows this.

She also supports the integral digital management of taxes, using the new generation of algorithms as a way for the planet’s survival in the medium term.

Born in New York at 1:17 p.m. on February 28, 2015 as the only child of two high-ranking female UNESCO officials. She obtained her first university degree in record time and received her medical degree from Columbia University at the age of 19. By the age of 30 her curriculum included a Master’s in Neurosurgery from Harvard and a PhD in Computer Mathematics from Stanford University. The multinational company Alphabet hired her to lead their new project on applying Artificial Intelligence to tele-surgery with 7G networks. Five years later she joined Facebook to head its artificial psychological assistance division, considered by many to be the genesis of the popular program AlterEgo. An active member of Greenpeace and Doctors without Borders since her university days, her career took a radical turn at the age of forty. She moved to Nigeria as a humanitarian activist funded by the United Nations. From there, she moved to numerous hospitals in Mali, Niger, Chad, Sudan, Eritrea, Central African Republic and Ethiopia, implementing the new surgical technologies developed during her time at the by-then defunct Alphabet.

In 2058, at the age of 43, she assumed the position of United Nations Delegate for the entire African continent. A year later she was invited by the Isozaki Institute for Digital Development as a full member of its scientific board. Within the “Harvard Group” she would meet Herbert Van Roisemberg, whom she would marry in 2060.

Six years later, after the publication of the revolutionary treatises on Stethometry (2063) by her then-husband Van Roisemberg, and on Power Metrics by Dr. Isozaki (2065), she laid the foundations for the ecological future of the entire planet with the publication of “Migratory Algorithms for a Global SocioSystemic Environment”. An unprecedented sales success for a scientific essay, it represented a true social revolution at the time. The sudden media fame acquired, both by the millions of followers and detractors, forced her to resign from all her scientific positions and retire to live with her husband in Paris.

In 2073 she became the undisputed protagonist of the Media during the Somalia Crisis. Her scientific team managed in just two months to contain a new virus, ten times more lethal than Ebola, which killed 70% of the population of the former country. The use of the first surgical humanoid was decisive in containing the mutations of the new virus and designing an effective vaccine. She was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize that year for her algorithmic contribution with her new ecological migration theories, but she gave up the prize because of her disagreements with the pharmaceutical and android development companies, whom she accused of having designed the virus and releasing it into the population. Nothing was ever proven about this.

Her scientific work since then has hardly been documented, as these are government projects, all of them focused on the implementation of Universal reGeneration, the use of intelligent humanoids, or the new SkyKover satellite network project.

A personality always controversial in the media, she was the promoter of the first AeroTrain that was inaugurated in 2105. Since then, she has been tattooing every new railway line that has been built on the planet on her shaved skull.

Currently, at 105 years of age and after two reGenerations, her activity is limited exclusively to the Presidency of the Board of Sages of the United Nations in GlassCity, the planet’s invisible capital.
