SYNOPSIS
Tamara Svenson, Colonel of the Monetary Crime Brigade, will be involved in an unexpected plot of political terrorism at the highest echelons of the United Nations and the International Olympic Committee.
"Olympic Year" questions the limits of human beings faced with the future impossibility to beat an athletic record. Can the sporting multinationals and betting corporations kill the olympic ideals?
This is the second part of the SkyKover Project saga. It recounts events that are simultaneous to "Last Melody" and finishes with a surprising conclusion during the 2120 Olympic Games in Nairobi.
Mandira Duncan. Kiashankou, 2102.
A replacement geminoid for public ceremonies, she was created in the image and likeness of GenoTech Industries; founder and president, Dr. Mandira R. Duncan, at the facilities located in Kiashankou, SocioSystem Yunnan.
She became aware of herself on July 23, 2102, at 6:00 GMT.
Replacement geminoids cannot choose their name when training begins for obvious reasons. In these cases they are installed with a software called pairing, which loads the subjects history on social networks onto their protoneural brain to assimilate the owner’s identity up to the current age. Another software called imitation is the one that makes the humanoid adopt the body gestures, intonation and diction of the matrix subject.
Since replacement geminoids can live with their owners, interacting with them as if they were twin siblings, we assume that their manuscript have been written during the gynoids non- working periods, with passages that could be considered autobiographical.
We received the manuscript Olympic Year through a MetaWave tunnel from the Masai Tower in Nairobi. As soon as these downloads are completed we will proceed with their publication within the Project SkyKover collection.
